Who Are We Looking For?

You can apply if you have:

• 1-4 years of experience in key account management - preferably in the skincare/beauty industry
• An expertise in building and scaling brands across marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Myntra
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• The ability to build a rapport with key clients and handle multiple accounts

Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills are always appreciated!

What Would Your Role Entail?

• Build the online marketplaces vertical at Foxtale by leveraging key partnerships with prominent e-commerce partners - Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and more
• Be closely involved in the revenue/GM target planning & achievement, inventory/demand planning, and pricing & growth strategy
• Aligning sales targets with e-commerce portals and making 360° marketing plans
• Managing budget allocation on all marketplace channels and utilizing them for performance marketing and merchandise banners
• Planning pricing and promotional & marketing expenses on a daily & monthly basis to ensure revenue/GM targets are met
• Inventory planning & management across marketplaces
• Negotiating marketing assets and deals with marketplaces

Who Are We Looking For?

• 4+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior leadership
• Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
• Expertise in developing internal processes and filing systems
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

What Would Your Role Entail?

• Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO - including agendas, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
• Manage senior leadership’s travel logistics and activities like accommodations, transportation, and meals
• Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing systems and databases
• Maintain and refine internal processes for senior leadership and optimize workflows
• Organize team communications and plan organizational events
