So, we work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel really really special.
We understand that skincare is a very personal purchase and for this very reason, we will be happy to issue a full refund for any full priced unopened/Unused merchandise that is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to arrange reverse pickup for most locations in India.
In case you received any opened merchandise please feel free to reject it at the time of delivery.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products and we are not liable for any damage post delivery of the product.
We will initiate your refund as soon as the product reaches our nearest warehouse and we will inform you about the refund via sms and email.
We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders.
For COD orders we charge a flat fee of INR 40 for orders of any value.
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra by our quickest delivery partners. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order

All goods received will need to be signed upon delivery. You will receive an SMS in case you have not opted for DND.
Foxtale will take no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorized person.
Foxtale is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day or next business day of delivery.
Our team at FoxTale takes great effort to ideate, research and perfect each product before delivery to your doorstep. Our sincere hope is that we are able to add 2 minutes of happiness in your daily skin routine. However, in case you do want tor return the products, you can follow the below steps:
(1) Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s) at email@example.com
(2) You can also raise a request with us using the Chat option.
(3) Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
(4) After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
