Here are some things you need to know to make this rewards program work for you :)

• Coins earned on each purchase will be credited to your account once the order is shipped
• Only 1000 coins can be redeemed in one go.
• There is a one-month blackout period after signing up for a new account when the earning rule for "Celebrate a birthday" will not be awarded to customers. This is to prevent any potential abuse of the rewards program, by setting a fake birthday to gain additional points.
• While submitting the review form, please make sure you use the same email address you have used to sign up for the rewards program. It takes 24 hours for the review to be verified and processed
• If you have redeemed a coupon, but in the process forget to copy the coupon code at checkout, you can always retrieve it from your Rewards History section in your account page
